TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE HEALTH OF THOSE WHO HAVE SUFFERED THE EFFECTS OF A STROKE AND THEIR FAMILIES IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY WHO RESIDE IN EAST LANCASHIRE BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES, ITEMS, SUPPORT AND SERVICES.
