BURSARIES TO BE AWARDED TO PUPILS RESIDING IN THE FORMER COUNTY OF RUTLAND AND IN PARTICULAR THE NAREA OF THE FORMER UPPINGHAM URBAN AND RURAL DISTRICT COUNCILS ATTENDING OR ENTERING STAMFORD HIGH SCHOOL AND BEING OF THE AGE OF ELEVEN OR THIRTEEN PLUS SUCH BURSARIES TO BE AWARDED ON THE GROUNDS OF NEED AND PROMISE.
