THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS:
TO PROMOTE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT ANY EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE PURPOSES ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES AMONG THE INHABITANTS OF ASPENDEN VILLAGE, BUNTINGFORD, BY SUCH MEANS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
