• THE PROVISION OF PLACES FOR THE COMMUNITY TO USE FOR CULTURAL ACTIVITIES
• THE PROVISION OF PLACES FOR THE COMMUNITY TO USE FOR HEALTH AND WELLBEING ACTIVITIES.
