(2) THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP TO HOMELESS PEOPLE IN THE UK THROUGH THE PROVISION OF FREE OF CHARGE HAIRDRESSING SERVICES TO MEET THEIR NEED(S).
