THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND THE PRESERVATION OF HEALTH FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT THROUGH THE PROVISION OF OUT OF NORMAL WORKING HOURS END OF LIFE NURSING CARE TO PATIENTS DIAGNOSED WITH TERMINAL CANCER IN A HOME ENVIRONMENT OF THEIR CHOOSING THROUGHOUT WALES.
