The museum has a collection of exhibits and photographs depicting life in a fishing village from the 1800s. It is set in part of a former boat building yard dating back to 1745. The collection depicts life in a Cornish fishing village from the 1800s. There are translations available in several languages to help overseas visitors with their understanding of the museum.
