TO PRESERVE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT RAILWAY VEHICLES ASSOCIATED WITH THE LINCOLNSHIRE COAST LIGHT RAILWAY AND OTHER NARROW-GAUGE MILITARY, AGRICULTURAL AND INDUSTRIAL RAILWAYS FOR EDUCATIONAL AND HISTORICAL INTEREST.
