The main function of the charity is to provide support for Christian Worship by it's members and to serve the community as an outward expression of that worship. The act of serving the community is very broad including english lessons, toddler play groups, elderly shared meal times and youth groups.

THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE: TO ADVANCE THE EVANGELICAL CHRISTIAN RELIGION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STATEMENT OF FAITH, ATTACHED HERETO AT SCHEDULE 1, PRIMARILY, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY WITHIN SWANSEA AND THE SURROUNDING NEIGHBOURHOOD BY PROVIDING AN ENVIRONMENT AND RESOURCES FOR THE FUNCTIONS OF WORSHIPPING AND SERVING GOD OUR HEAVENLY FATHER AS DEFINED IN MATTHEW CH 22 V 36-40. SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AS ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES AS SHALL, IN THE OPINION OF THE CHARITY TRUSTEES, FURTHER THE WORK OF THE CHURCH.
