THE PURCHASE OF EQUIPMENT USED IN THE PRACTSE OF CARDIO-ELECTRO PHYSIOLOGY WICH IS NOT AVAILABLE UNDER THE NATIONAL HEALTH SERVICE FOR THE BENEFIT OF PATIENTS IN THE EAST MIDLAND REGION RECEIVING TREATMENT AT THE CENTRE OR ELSEWHERE IN THE EAST MIDLANDS REDGION. 2. THE PROMOTION AND ENCOURAGEMENT OF RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT IN THE TECHNIQUES OF CARDIAC PACING AT THE CENTRE OF ELSEWHERE IN THE EAST MIDLANDS REGION.(FOR FURTHER DETAILS SEE CLAUSE 2 OF DEED).
