Charitable objects
3.1 TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF THOSE WHO HAVE SUFFERED, OR ARE AT RISK OF SUFFERING, FROM BULLYING, AND THEIR FAMILIES, IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND THROUGHOUT THE WORLD, BY PROMOTING THE PREVENTION AND ELIMINATION OF BULLYING AND PROVIDING SUPPORT TO VICTIMS OF BULLYING. 3.2 FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT:- 3.2.1 REFERENCES TO ‘BULLYING’ AND TO BEING ‘BULLIED’ IN THIS CLAUSE 3 SHALL MEAN BULLYING OF EVERY KIND INCLUDING (WITHOUT LIMITATION) BULLYING OF, PHYSICAL ATTACKS UPON OR INJURIES TO THE BODY AND ALSO BULLYING OF OR ANY FORM OF MENTAL ATTACK UPON, COERCION UPON OR TARGETING OF THE MIND OF ANY PERSON; 3.2.2 ‘BULLYING’ AND ‘BEING BULLIED’ MAY ARISE FROM OR BE THE RESULT OF INTER ALIA (BUT WITHOUT LIMITATION) ANY ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING FACTORS: UNEMPLOYMENT; FINANCIAL HARDSHIP; YOUTH OR OLD AGE; ILL HEALTH (PHYSICAL OR MENTAL); SUBSTANCE ABUSE OR DEPENDENCY INCLUDING ALCOHOL AND DRUGS; DISCRIMINATION ON THE GROUNDS OF SEX, RACE, DISABILITY, PHYSICAL ATTRIBUTES, ETHNIC ORIGIN, RELIGION, BELIEF, CREED, SEXUAL ORIENTATION OR GENDER RE-ASSIGNMENT; POOR EDUCATIONAL OR SKILLS ATTAINMENT; RELATIONSHIP AND FAMILY BREAKDOWN; POOR HOUSING (THAT IS HOUSING THAT DOES NOT MEET BASIC HABITABLE STANDARDS; CRIME (EITHER AS A VICTIM OF CRIME OR AS AN OFFENDER REHABILITATING INTO SOCIETY).
