WE ALSO PROMOTE THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE OCCUPATION OF INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT, FINANCIAL HARSHIP OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES.
