THE LMC PROVIDES EDUCATIONAL AND RECREATIONAL SESSIONS FOR ADULTS AND CHILDREN TO PROMOTE THE TEACHINGS AND TENETS OF ISLAM FOR ANYONE WHO SEEKS IT. WE ALSO PROMOTE THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE OCCUPATION OF INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT, FINANCIAL HARSHIP OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES.

THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE (1) TO ADVANCE THE RELIGION OF ISLAM, BY MEANS OF, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, PROMOTING THE TEACHINGS AND TENETS OF ISLAM, PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR WORSHIP AND ISLAMIC EDUCATION, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TEACHINGS OF THE QURÆAAN AND THE SUNNAH OF THE PROPHET MUHAMMAD (PBUH); (2) TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF LOUGHBOROUGH AND THE SURROUNDING AREA THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES OR FOR THE PUBLIC AT LARGE IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITION OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS.
