TO PROMOTE THE RELIEF OF PHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED PEOPLE LIVING IN THE AREA OF SOLIHULL IN THE COUNTY OF WEST MIDLANDS IN ANY MANNER WHICH NOW IS AND HEREAFTER MAY BE DEEMED BY LAW TO BE CHARITABLE.
