TO ADVANCE IN LIFE AND RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF YOUNG PEOPLE AGED 6-30, WITH A FOCUS ON YOUNG PEOPLE WHO ARE SOCIALLY AND/OR ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED, THROUGH: (A) FACILITATING THEIR ACCESS TO KNOWLEDGE, LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES AND EXPERIENCE; (B) PROVIDING SUPPORT AND ACTIVITIES WHICH DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS.
