Activities - how the charity spends its money
Climb 2 Recovery (C2R) supports chronically wounded, injured, and sick veterans through fully funded adaptive climbing programs. Since 2016, C2R has delivered over 1,100 annual training days at just £105 per person per day. Climbing aids emotional regulation, self-esteem, and mindfulness while fostering camaraderie and purpose. Dr. Lucy Sheen-Harker describes it as life-changing and life-saving.
