1 TO MEDIATE IN A BREAKDOWN OF MARRIAGE OR A RELATIONSHIP ARISING OUT OF SEPARATION OR DIVORCE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES AND REACH AGREED DECISIONS BETWEEN THE PARTIES, ESPECIALLY WITH REGARD TO CHILDREN AND TO PROTECT AND PRESERVE THE HEALTH, BOTH MENTAL AND PHYSICAL OF ADULTS AND CHILDREN, TO ALLEVIATE HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS CAUSED BY SUCH MATTER. 2 TO PROMOTE ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY WITHIN THE AREA OF BENEFIT
