TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF PEOPLE WITH DEMENTIA, THEIR FAMILIES, CARERS AND THOSE AFFECTED BY DEMENTIA IN WALES BY THE PROVISION OF: (A) COMMUNITY CAFES WHICH WILL OFFER INFORMAL PEER SUPPORT, ADVICE, GUIDANCE, SIGN POSTING AND AWARENESS RAISING TO HELP RELIEVE THE IMPACT OF A DIAGNOSIS OF DEMENTIA. (B) SOCIAL ACTIVITIES WHICH WILL INCREASE THEIR VISIBILITY AND REDUCE THEIR SOCIAL ISOLATION.
