THE PROVISION OF ACCESSIBLE AND AFFORDABLE ADVENTUROUS OUTDOOR EDUCATION AND RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES TO SUPPORT AND DEVELOP CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE'S PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SOCIAL CAPABILITIES.
