Charitable objects
1) THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE HINDU RELIGION WITHIN WALSALL AND SURROUNDING AREAS BY THE ESTABLISHMENT, SUPPORT AND OPERATION OF A HINDU TEMPLE AND COMMUNITY CENTRE. 2) TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF WALSALL AND THE SURROUNDING AREA BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER THE SAID INHABITANTS AND THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES VOLUNTARY AND OTHER ORGANIZATIONS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO A) ADVANCE EDUCATION OF THE SAID INHABITANTS AND B) PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES OR FOR THE PUBLIC AT LARGE IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITION OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS. 3) THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL NEED AND SUFFERING AMONG VICTIMS OF NATURAL OR OTHER KINDS OF DISASTER IN THE FORM OF MONEY (OR OTHER MEANS DEEMED SUITABLE) FOR PERSONS, BODIES, ORGANISATIONS AND/OR COUNTRIES AFFECTED.
