INCREASING PUBLIC ACCESS AND EXPOSURE TO FOLK MUSIC THROUGH DEVELOPING, PROMOTING AND ENCOURAGING ITS PRACTICE. THE TERM “FOLK MUSIC” INCLUDES BOTH CONTEMPORARY AND TRADITIONAL FORMS.
