Peter Lauer Foundation (working name H'arts in Mind) purpose is to relieve the suffering of those suffering from mental health issues, disability, socially disadvantaged using art as a vehicle, providing art projects primarily but not limited to. We are primarily working within the Hertfordshire area but not limited to. We serve the community where there is a need and are an inclusive charity.
