THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS:
TO RELIEVE THE SUFFERING OF THE BREED OF DOG KNOWN AS AKITA IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION AND, IN PARTICULAR, TO PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN A RESCUE AND REHOMING SERVICE AND OTHER FACILITIES FOR THE RECEPTION, CARE, PROTECTION AND TREATMENT OF SUCH ANIMALS.
