THE PROMOTION OF COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE FYLDE COAST OF LANCASHIRE AND SURROUNDING AREAS BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR PLAYING RUGBY UNION. THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE AMATEUR SPORT OF RUGBY UNION ON THE FYLDE COAST OF LANCASHIRE AND SURROUNDING AREAS, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY THE PROVISION OF, OR ASSISTANCE IN THE PROVISION OF, FACILITIES FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE SPORT OF RUGBY. TO RELIEVE THE POVERTY OF YOUNG PEOPLE ON THE FYLDE COAST OF LANCASHIRE AND SURROUNDING AREAS BY THE PROVISION OF GRANTS TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN HEALTHY RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES THAT THEY COULD NOT OTHERWISE AFFORD.
