Charitable objects
2.1 THE OBJECTS OF THE COMPANY ARE:
2.1.1 FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT;
2.1.2 TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND IN PARTICULAR (BUT WITHOUT LIMITATION) EDUCATION IN RELATION TO BUSINESS AND ORGANISATIONAL RISK MANAGEMENT; AND
2.1.3 TO ADVANCE SUCH OTHER PURPOSES AS ARE CHARITABLE (ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES).
