FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO PROMOTE ARTS, ESPECIALLY MEDIA AND OTHER NEW TECHNOLOGY ARTS, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY: A) ENCOURAGING PARTICIPATION AND INCLUSION AT EVENTS, SUCH AS FESTIVALS; AND B) SUPPORTING ORGANISATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS ENGAGED IN THE PROVISION OF ARTISTIC ACTIVITIES, WHICH TAKE PLACE PRIMARILY, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY IN THE YORKSHIRE REGION.
