TO ADVANCE EDUCATION IN ALL ASPECTS OF THE CREATIVE ARTS, IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, BY RUNNING AN ANNUAL OPEN ACCESS ARTS AND CULTURE FESTIVAL IN THE TOWN OF HAILSHAM FOR PUBLIC BENEFIT. TO ENRICH THE LIVES OF RESIDENTS IN HAILSHAM AND THE SURROUNDING AREA BY THE PROMOTION AND ENCOURAGEMENT OF ALL FORMS OF ART.
