TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE APPRECIATION OF MARCHING BANK MUSIC, AND IN PARTICULAR TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE PLAYING OF MARCHING BAND INSTRUMENTS BY ESTABLISHING AND MAINTAINING A MARCHING YOUTH BAND.
