TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF PEOPLE WHO ARE IN NEED BY REASON OF THEIR AGE, ILL-HEALTH OR DISABILITY BY THE PROVISION OF FREE ADAPTED CYCLING SESSIONS TO FACILITATE THEIR ENGAGEMENT IN ORDINARY SOCIAL ACTIVITIES THAT WILL INCREASE THEIR VISIBILITY AND REDUCE THEIR SOCIAL ISOLATION.
