1.To advance the education of the public in general (and particularly amongst Buddhist monks and scholars) on the subjects of Buddhism in particular Theravada Buddhism, and the culture , languages, literature and history of ancient south Asia. 2. To advance the Theravadic Buddhist religion in the UK for the benefit of the public through the theravadic rituals, worship and meditation sessions.
