Charitable objects
1) THE OBJECT OF THE CHARITY IS THE GENERAL BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OFF BENEFIT IN SUCH CHARITABLE WAYS AS THE TRUSTEE THINKS FIT.
2) THE LAND IDENTIFIED IN THE SCHEDULE TO THIS SCHEME MUST BE RETAINED BY THE TRUSTEE FOR THE OBJECT OF THE CHARITY.
3) IF THE SAID LAND IS NO LONGER REQUIRED FOR THE OBJECT OF THE CHARITY THE TRUSTEE MAY SELL IT. (THE TRUSTEE MUST COMPLY WITH THE RESTRICTIONS ON DISPOSAL IMPOSED BY SECTION 36 OF THE CHARITIES ACT 1993, UNLESS THE SALE IS EXCEPTED FROM THESE RESTRICTIONS BY SECTION 36(9)(B) OR (C) OR SECTION 36(10) OF THAT ACT.)
4) THE PROCEEDS OF ANY SUCH SALE MUST BE INVESTED.
