The charity exists to manage Coddington Village Hallas a venue for the people of the village and surrounding area to meet for event, meetings, classes, dance , parties and other activities. All administration, booking and management functions are currently carried out by volunteers as is most maintenance work.

TO PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN THE VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF CODDINGTON AND ITS NEIGHBOURHOOD WITHOUT REFERENCE TO POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS INCLUDING USE FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES AND OTHER FORMS OF LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF IMPROVING THE RECREATIONAL ENVIRONMENT FOR BOTH THE INHABITANTS OF THE VILLAGE AND ITS NEIGHBOURS.
