DfG UK operates under the umbrella of Days for Girls International (DfGI). DfG UK has over 20 active volunteer sewing teams, dedicated to the DfG mission and to supporting menstrual health locally and globally. Their efforts include advocacy and awareness raising, fundraising, sewing and donating DfG Kits, facilitating menstrual health education, and building local community partnerships.

Charitable objects
1.1 THE CHARITY’S OBJECTS ARE TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT THE GOOD HEALTH AND EDUCATION OF WOMEN AND GIRLS IN LOW INCOME COMMUNITIES LIVING IN IMPOVERISHED COUNTRIES WORLDWIDE BY: (A) THE PROVISION OF MENSTRUAL CARE PRODUCTS AND SUPPORT IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO ALL ASPECTS OF MENSTRUAL HEALTH EDUCATION; (B) THE SUPPORT OF INDIVIDUALS AND ORGANISATIONS WHOSE AIM IS TO RAISE FUNDS FOR USES CONSISTENT WITH THESE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY; AND (C) CO-OPERATION AND COLLABORATION WITH OTHER UK AND NON-UK BASED CHARITIES AND ANY OTHER BODIES IN RELATION TO THE OBJECTS AND THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR THE CHARITABLE WORK OF SUCH OTHER CHARITIES OR BODIES THAT ARE FROM TIME TO TIME IN ANY WAY CONCERNED WITH THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY.
