TO ASSIST PAROCHIAL CHURCH COUNCILS OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND WITHIN THE TERRITORY OF THE SOCIETY IN THE EFFICIENT ORDERING AND FINANCING OF REPAIRS TO CHURCHES AND OTHER BUILDINGS IN THEIR CHARGE.
