Charitable objects
1. TO PROMOTE SOCIAL INCLUSION BY SUPPORTING THOSE WHO ARE, OR AT RISK OF BECOMING, SOCIALLY EXCLUDED, RELIEVING THE NEEDS OF THOSE PEOPLE WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED AND ASSISTING THEM IN INTEGRATING INTO SOCIETY, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY PROVIDING THE OPPORTUNITY AND ENVIRONMENT FOR PEOPLE TO SHARE THEIR ENLIGHTENING STORIES, IDEAS, EMOTIONS AND EXPERIENCES, PRINCIPALLY THROUGH THE MEDIUM OF THEATRE, AND BY RAISING PUBLIC AWARENESS OF THE ISSUES AFFECTING THOSE PEOPLE, BOTH GENERALLY AND IN RELATION TO THEIR EXCLUSION. FOR THE PURPOSE OF THIS CLAUSE 'SOCIALLY EXCLUDED' MEANS BEING EXCLUDED FROM SOCIETY, OR PARTS OF SOCIETY, AS A RESULT OF ONE OF MORE OF THE FOLLOWING FACTORS: YOUTH OR OLD AGE; ILL HEALTH (PHYSICAL OR MENTAL); SUBSTANCE ABUSE OR DEPENDENCY INCLUDING ALCOHOL AND DRUGS; POOR EDUCATIONAL OR SKILLS ATTAINMENT; OR CRIME (EITHER AS A VICTIM OF CRIME OR AS AN OFFENDER REHABILITATING INTO SOCIETY). 2. TO ADVANCE PUBLIC EDUCATION IN, AND APPRECIATION OF, THE ARTS AND IN PARTICULAR THE ART OF DRAMA AND THEATRE IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE INCLUDING THROUGH THE STAGING OF ACCESSIBLE THEATRE PRODUCTIONS OF ARTISTIC MERIT AND RELATED EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMES."
