THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE: 1) TO PROMOTE COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION IN ADWICK LE STREET AND THE SURROUNDING AREA BY PROVIDING FACILITIES FOR PLAYING CRICKET, FOOTBALL AND OTHER SPORTS CAPABLE OF PROMOTING PHYSICAL HEALTH AND FITNESS. 2) TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF THE INHABITANTS OF ADWICK LE STREET AND THE SURROUNDING AREA WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
