Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE: 1) TO PROMOTE COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE RESIDENTS OF HYLTON CASTLE AND TOWN END FARM AND THE SURROUNDING AREA BY PROVIDING FACILITIES TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SPORT OF AMATEUR BOXING. FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS CLAUSE "FACILITIES" MEANS LAND, BUILDINGS, EQUIPMENT AND ORGANISING SPORTING ACTIVITIES. 2) TO ADVANCE IN LIFE AND HELP YOUNG PEOPLE IN HYLTON CASTLE AND TOWN END FARM AND THE SURROUNDING AREA THROUGH: (A) THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES PROVIDED IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE, DESIGNED TO IMPROVE THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE; (B) PROVIDING SUPPORT AND ACTIVITIES WHICH DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS.
