B) SUPPORTING PEOPLE WHO ARE VULNERABLE OR AT A SOCIAL DISADVANTAGE TO MAKE DECISIONS ABOUT THEIR FUTURE. C) SUPPORTING PEOPLE WHO ARE MARGINALISED TO DEVELOP A RANGE OF SKILLS.
