Activities - how the charity spends its money
Climate Action Ilkley runs projects to mitigate and adapt to the climate and ecological crises using the ten dimensions of the One Planet Living framework (which includes land and nature, travel and transport, sustainable food, zero waste, water, and energy). We are a membership organisation, and we coordinate volunteers on specific projects funded from grants from government and other charities.

Charitable objects
The promotion for the benefit of the public of the conservation, protection and improvement of the physical and natural environment of Ilkley, in particular: 1) by raising awareness of the causes and impact of climate change; and 2) encouraging practical steps to reduce atmospheric greenhouse gas levels and mitigate the effects of climate change 3) promoting biodiversity and its interlinkage with climate change.
