THE TRUST IS ESTABLISHED EXCLUSIVELY TO FURTHER THE CHARITABLE PURPOSES OF THE CHARITIES THAT DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY HOLD UNITS FROM TIME TO TIME. IF AT ANY TIME THERE ARE NO UNITHOLDERS, THE MANAGER AND TRUSTEE SHALL DETERMINE THE TRUSTÆS CHARITABLE PURPOSES.
