TO PROMOTE THE RELIEF OF ALL DISABLED PERSONS WITHIN ROTHERHAM AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD THEREOF AND TO ASSIST THOSE PERSONS TO OVERCOME THEIR DISABILITY BY THE PROVISION OF AN INFORMATION AND ADVICE SERVICE ON MATTERS AFFECTING THEIR DISABILITY AND IN FURTHERANCE OF THIS AIM BUT NOT OTHERWISE, INITIATE FUND-RAISING ACTIVITIES AS NECESSARY TO FULFILL THE AIMS OF THE ORGANISATION.
