PROVISION OF ALMSHOUSES AND ASSOCIATED REQUIREMENTS FOR THOSE IN NEED WHO ARE AGED 50 YEARS OR MORE AND ARE RESIDENT IN THE COUNTY OF DERBYSHIRE AT THE TIME OF THEIR APPOINTMENT BUT SO THAT PREFERENCE SHALL BE GIVEN TO SUCH PERSONS WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF ETWALL AND, AS TO ONE ALMSHOUSE, TO SUCH A PERSON WHO IS RESIDENT IN THE SAID COUNTY AND HAS BEEN A FARMWORKER IN THE SAID COUNTY.
