THE PROMOTION OF COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION IN SANDWELL AND SURROUNDING AREA BY PROVIDING FACILITIES FOR PLAYING ASSOCIATION FOOTBALL, NETBALL, CRICKET, RUGBY, BASKETBALL AND OTHER SPORTS CAPABLE OF PROMOTING HEALTH AND FITNESS (FACILITIES MEANS LAND, BUILDINGS, EQUIPMENT AND ORGANISING SPORTING ACTIVITIES).
