O ENCOURAGING EXISTING BELIEVERS (MEMBERS AND ATTENDERS OF THE SHIVA TEMPLE) THROUGH REGULAR WORSHIP AT THE TEMPLE. O ADVANCING THE FAITH OF SHAIVISM IN THE WIDER COMMUNITY BY OFFERING A SERVICE OF EXCELLENCE AND VALUE THROUGH VARIOUS RITES AND RITUALS. • TO PROMOTE AND TEACH TAMIL LANGUAGE WHICH IS ONE OF CLASSICAL LANGUAGES IN THE WORLD TO MEMBERS AND PUBLIC. • TO ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN LIBRARIES, HINDU MARRIAGE & CONFERENCE HALLS AND POSSIBLY ANNEX ACCOMMODATION FACILITIES FOR PILGRIMS.• TO HELP OTHER CHARITIES OR PEOPLE IN NEED AROUND THE WORLD.
