Activities - how the charity spends its money
For the benefit of the people of Keighley and beyond, the CIO activities are to plan and realise an enhanced physical space at St. Andrews, providing a vibrant place of Christian worship, where those of other faiths and none are also welcomed into community and social activities across all age groups, ethnicities and backgrounds, enhancing community cohesion and hope in the Keighley area.

Charitable objects
1. TO ADVANCE THE CHRISTIAN RELIGION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN KEIGHLEY, WEST YORKSHIRE; 2. TO DEVELOP THE CAPACITY AND SKILLS OF THE MEMBERS OF THE SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED COMMUNITY OF KEIGHLEY, WEST YORKSHIRE, IN SUCH A WAY THAT THEY ARE BETTER ABLE TO IDENTIFY, AND HELP MEET, THEIR NEEDS AND TO PARTICIPATE MORE FULLY IN SOCIETY; AND 3. TO PROVIDE COMMUNITY HALL FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE RESIDENTS OF KEIGHLEY.
