THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF 14 – 23 YEAR OLDS LIVING IN THE UNITED KINGDOM THROUGH IN PARTICULAR THE PROVISION OF A FREE MENTORING SCHEME TO DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS INDEPENDENT, MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE ADULTS.
