THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS:
THE PROMOTION OF COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF WALSALL AND SURROUNDING AREAS IN THE WEST MIDLANDS BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR PLAYING FOOTBALL, BADMINTON, CRICKET AND OTHER SPORTS CAPABLE OF PROMOTING PHYSICAL HEALTH AND FITNESS ("FACILITIES" MEANS LAND, BUILDINGS, EQUIPMENT AND ORGANISING SPORTING ACTIVITIES).
