TO HELP AND EDUCATE YOUNG PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SHEFFIELD UNDER THE AGED OF 25 AND IN PARTICULAR THOSE YOUNG PEOPLE WHO ARE UNEMPLOYED BY THE PROVISON OF TRAINING FACILITIES AND THROUGH THEIR LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES SO TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES THAT THEY MEY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND THAT THEIR CONDITONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED.
