TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF THOSE WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES IN ESSEX AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS BY, PARTICULARLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, ESTABLISHING LOCAL FORUMS AND CARE GROUPS DESIGNED TO SUPPORT THOSE WITH MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES; AND PROVIDING SUCH PERSONS WITH ACCESS TO ONLINE MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES AND EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES.
