The Baldwin Trust is a Leicestershire charitable organisation, run by local volunteers, providing private, crewed adapted narrowboat cruises along local waterways. Set up with the object of enhancing lives and allowing enjoyable times, our mission is to reach members of our community that may experience loneliness & isolation, due to physical, mental or economic reasons.

Charitable objects
INCOME TO BE APPLIED AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL THINK FIT IN OR TOWARDS:- (I)THE RELIEF AND BENEFIT OF PRINCIPALLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THE PEOPLE OF CHARNWOOD, LEICESTERSHIRE AND SURROUNDING AREAS. (II) THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION FOR THE PERSONS MENTIONED ABOVE IN SUB-CLAUSE (I) WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF SUCH PERSONS WHO BY REASON OF SOCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES OR THEIR MENTAL OR PHYSICAL DISABILITY HAVE NEED FOR SUCH FACILITIES. (III) SUCH CHARITABLE BODIES OR FOR SUCH OTHER PURPOSES AS SHALL BE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DECIDE.
